Description of the game:


All players move to a music crisscrossing the hall. By acclamation of the group leader or by stopping the music, certain features (e.g., T-shirt colour, glasses, long trousers) will become the objective for the group of catchers. The catchers try to touch off the other runners as quickly as possible. The one who is touched by a catcher, must sit down on the floor.


Change running types (backwards, sideways, etc.); in twos, in threes, hand in hand ...
Keep the first run phase longer with only a short catch phase.
Limit pitch size.
